Start Up! | Trainee Program

What is Start Up! ?

• Start Up! Is a high potential trainee program for ambitious university graduates.

• The 15-18 month program offers a great deal of flexibility of assignments and support from experienced mentors.

• During the program, the trainees get to know various areas of the company.

• Location: Germany, mainly Bonn

General Requirements

• A degree from a higher education institution (Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D.)

• An above-average final grade

• Less than one year experience after the final degree

• At least two internships of 2 months or more each

• Ideally, international experience through an internship and/or semester abroad

• Very good command of English and good command of German (minimum B1 level)

• Social engagement
